The past years the value of all type of ships, like inland vessels, seagoing vessels, dredgers, off-shore vessels, work vessels, etc., is strongly fluctuating. Because of our knowledge of the markets, we are able to perform reliable and realistic appraisals for various purposes, i.e. estimation of the economical value, insured value, forced sale value, etc. Besides standard (desk-top) valuations we perform complex fleet appraisals and valuation of extraordinary maritime and technical objects. Our principals are mainly ship owners, selling/buying parties, banks and underwriters. One of the surveyors is a registered appraiser/valuer at Dutch Registry of Appraisers (Verenigd Register van Taxateurs  /VRT).
