Nautical and technical investigation

In various cases we are requested to investigate incidents of nautical or technical nature. It concerns for example investigations into the cause of loss of (deck) cargo or cargo / commodity damage sustained during a voyage, etc. On regular basis the surveyors of Doldrums are consulted by other survey companies, who are specialist in other fields, to examine the nautical and/or technical aspects of an incident or damage. Furthermore our specialists are frequently involved in investigations related to engine and fuel problems, whereby owners and charterers are confronted with loss of hire / loss of income.
