Mediation and arbitration

In cases of conflicts, the surveyors of Doldrums are regularly instructed by the stakeholders or their lawyers for mediation and arbritration to act as arbiter or expert. Because of their specialist knowledge and expertise in particular fields the surveyors are also regularly appointed by the court as expert witness. One of the surveyors is trained as mediator and is furthermore registered at the Landelijke Register van Gerechtelijke Deskundigen (LRGD).
